Our Mission

Our goal is to provide accessible and sustainable home solutions that prioritize human touch and feel. We advocate for environmental healthy living by minimizing the impact on our lands and natural resources through energy-efficient design, responsible material selection, and waste reduction.

Eco-Friendly
Human Centric

The Location

We are working here on the Oregon Coast (Tillamook Basin) to help develop workforce housing for the community and environmental energy technologies.

Designed with features that promote eco-friendliness, space efficiency, and robust longevity.

Zero-Waste Manufacturing

Computer programming lowers material waste. Finished products have extremely low consumption footprints compared to conventional construction.

Energy Efficiency

High R-value insulation, tight envelope manufacturing, and space efficiency significantly reduce heating and cooling costs.

Non-Degradable Materials

Constructed with Steel, Concrete, and EPS foam. No traditional lumber means we preserve forestry and eliminate rot.

Minimal Labor

Designed for rapid assembly at the destination, reducing labor resources, transportation costs, and energy.

Environmental Benefit & Waste Consumption

We utilize available community inventory—such as agricultural waste—to produce environmentally friendly energy, lowering CO2 emissions and nitrates in the Tillamook basin.

BioDigester Facilities
Anaerobic biochemical reactors treat animal manure and food waste. Each ton of cow dung can produce 100kW of electricity and 30 cubic meters of biomass natural gas.
Waste-to-Energy
Combustible low-emission incinerator facilities using wood waste materials. Over 500,000 tons of waste available on property could produce energy for decades.
Wind & Water Tech
Alternating magnetic technologies to reduce nitrates in water systems. 1-acre wind turbine parcels could power up to 40,000 houses.

Frequently Asked Questions

The quick answers people usually ask us first.

What are we selling?
We are initially offering an expandable 2 bedroom, 1 bath (complete with sink, shower, and toilet) 400sqft house that will set up on your foundation.
Are these manufactured/trailer/HUD homes?
No. They are built to a higher standard than manufactured homes (modular standards) and are traditionally stronger than site-built homes. However, we will still offer HUD options.
What are the houses made of?
The houses are made from steel, concrete, and EPS foam core for insulation. These laminated panels do not degrade commonly, are mold resistant, and are much stronger than average building materials.
Resistances (Wind, Fire, Flood)?
  • Wind: Rated for hurricane-speed winds.
  • Flood: No traditional lumber/sheetrock, making them resistant to water damage and mold.
  • Fire: Clad with noncombustible materials interior and exterior.
  • Snow: Rated for snow load.
Is this a finished house?
The modular system can be set up in roughly 6 hours. When delivered, it has significant completion (kitchen, bath, electric, flooring, windows). However, foundation, utilities connection, and final roofing/finishings are up to the customer.
How do utilities connect?
Plumbing (in/out) and electric come pre-installed in the unit from the factory. Utilities simply plug in on-site to the exterior.
